2025 CONVENTION
 

Convention is the annual meeting where Squires from different Circles across the province, come together to take part in the fraternity of the Squires program. Convention takes place over the course of the weekend, and provides Squires with the opportunities to bond with each other, share ideas, take part in the official provincial business meetings and spend some time with those who share in their faith. The Squires also elect the members of the Provincial Board for the upcoming fraternal year.

This year 2025, marks the 100th year of the Squires Program and will be celebrated with the Ontario State KofC Convention.

This year's 71th Annual Squires’ Convention will take place on:
April 25, 26, and 27 2025 at the Westin, Ottawa Ont, 11 Colonel By Dr, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 9H4

Each Circle must reserve their accommodation in their own name. The Convention Hotel is: The Westin Ottawa Hotel, 11 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON, K1N 9H4

To place a hotel room reservation online for the Ontario State Convention, please reserve on Ontario State Website www.ontariokofc.ca or directly via Reservation-Link

To book over the phone, please contact the Westin hotel central reservation line at 1-888-627-8528 and request the special group rate for “Knights of Columbus” or reference the code KNIKNIM. The Westin Ottawa is offering the special early bird group rate of $225.00 CAD per night. **The last day to book a hotel room is Tuesday March 25, 2025* Prices will go up so please book your rooms ASAP

  • Deposit cheque of $500, for each circle is made payable to Columbian Squires Provincial Board Ontario and mail it to Mr. Enzo Caterina, 3185 Nawbrook Rd, Mississauga ON, L4X 2W3
